    I. Aim:
    By the end of the lesson, Ss will be able to ask and answer about personal information and using the future simple tense. Understanding conversation, write student registration.
    II. Language contents:
    1. Grammar:
    What’s your date of birth? = When is your birthday?
    Where do you live? = What is your address?
    How old will you be on your next birthday?
    2. Vocabulary: to worry, nervous, registration form, worried, date of birth
    III. Techniques: What and where, Comprehension questions, Jumbled sentences.
    IV. Teaching aids: Sub-board, stereo, picture.

    Contents
    
    * Slide 1,2,3
    -T shows a picture about Hoa and asks some questions.
    -Ss look at the picture and answer the questions
    -T leads ss to the new lesson:we will ask and answer about personal information and using the future simple tense

    -T introduces the situation of the dialogue.
    “This is a conversation between Mr. Tan and Hoa. Hoa is a new student. So, Mr. Tan asks Hoa some questions to take her personal information”.
    *Slide 4,5,6,7,8

    -T introduces new words by using picture and simple sentences.
    -Ss repeat the words and give the meaning
    -T checks the new words by What and where.
    -T elicits the new model and presents.
    -Ss copy.

    -T has Ss listen to the tape and order.
    -Ss listen and give the answers
    -T asks ss to give their answer and correct.
    -T has Ss to open their books and read the dial in pair
    -Ss practice in pairs.
    -Ss role-play the dialogue and answer the questions.

    -T calls some ss to give their answers.
